How to Get and Install the Disney Plus App on Fire TV
Installing the Disney Plus app on your Fire TV device works like installing any other Fire TV app. Since Disney has an official app, it’s available directly from the app store. All you have to do is search for it and install it.
Here’s how to get Disney Plus on your Fire TV device:
From the home screen, press left on your controller to select the search icon. Start typing Disney Plus using the on-screen keyboard, and select Disney Plus from the results when it appears. Select Disney Plus. Select Get or Download. If you’ve ever installed Disney Plus on a Fire TV device, you will see Download on this screen. If you haven’t, you will see Get. Wait for the app to download and install, and select Open. If you have the Disney+ app on your phone, open it at this time. If you don’t have the Disney+ app on your phone, you can select SIGN UP NOW if you don’t have a Disney Plus account, or LOG IN if you have an account, then follow the on-screen prompts. If you opted to open the Disney+ app on your phone, wait until you see the device log-in request and tap ALLOW. After you tap ALLOW, you will see a brief logged-in message in the upper right corner of the Disney Plus app on your Fire TV device. Disney Plus is now ready to use.
