Go to the Google Play store and install the Emoji Fonts for Flipfont 10 app. Go to Settings > Display > Font size and style. The settings options layout varies slightly across devices. On HTC devices, go to Settings > Display and gestures. Choose Font style. Choose EmojiFont10 to make it the default.
